I read the article and forwarded it to my wife (not sure if that was smart or if I will pay for that ;-)
Being on the guy end of the 40 something spectrum I have to say we go through a lot of the same things. Working in the high tech field my coleagues are usually in their 20's or 30's and if they are my age are trying to appear to be younger, hipper, whatever. At any rate the ladies are not alone in this.
I've learned to live with the fact that I'm a fat slob, but that probably will change once I hit 40. Just hope I don't start reading woman magazines!
